Throughout this site, the terms “company”, “we”, “supplier”, “us”, and “our” refer to Industry Uniforms Pty Ltd.
The terms “customer” and “purchaser” refer to the person or business purchasing goods.
“Goods” refers to any items supplied by the company.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Orders
- Orders will only be processed once full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Orders cannot be cancelled without prior written consent.
- We are not liable for delivery delays, although we aim to meet requested timelines.
- If incorrect goods are delivered, we will determine whether to refund or replace items.
- Non-stocked or custom goods:
- Must be confirmed in writing
- Cannot be returned, changed, or cancelled
- If items are unavailable:
- We will notify you in writing
- You may choose partial delivery or cancellation
- Once processed, changes to sizing or colour are generally not possible.
- Additional items can be added to an order (subject to payment), but may affect delivery time.
2. Price & Payment
- Orders are processed only after payment is received.
- Payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Telephone payment
- Direct debit
- Payment details are stored only for invoice processing purposes.
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- For approved credit accounts:
- Payment must be made within agreed terms
- Late payments will receive a default notice
- Outstanding amounts must be paid within 10 days
3. Quotations
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless withdrawn earlier.
- Quotes:
- Do not constitute a binding offer
- May change based on cost variations
- Are based on the scope provided by the customer
4. Sample Policy
Samples may be returned for a refund or credit if:
- Items are in original condition
- All tags are attached
- Packaging is intact
- Return is:
- Requested within 3 working days
- Completed within 10 working days
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns
Goods may only be returned if:
- They are incorrect, or
- They are damaged or defective
Conditions:
- Must have written approval from the supplier
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Decorated items (printed/embroidered):
- Cannot be returned unless faulty
- Must be reported within 3 days of receipt
6. Colours & Sizing
- We aim to display colours accurately, but cannot guarantee screen accuracy.
- Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.
- Size charts are a guide only — customers must ensure correct sizing.
- Colour variations may occur between production batches.
7. Title & Risk
- Risk transfers to the customer at dispatch.
- We are not responsible for goods sent to third parties.
- Ownership of goods remains with Industry Uniforms until full payment is received.
8. Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (NSW).
We are not liable for delays or failure to supply goods due to events outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Transport delays
- Supply chain failures
- Civil unrest or similar events
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
